In my second year of teaching, students asked me in an interview for their school magazine why I chose this path.

“Because you are the pulse of any society,” I said — and I still believe that today.

I remain deeply committed to nurturing student agency, critical and creative thinking, and preparing young people to thrive as global citizens.

Alongside my work in education, I support creatives, leaders, and educators through identity-centred facilitation, reflective coaching, and creative collaboration — fostering purposeful teamwork, enhancing communication, and encouraging collaborative ingenuity. 

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Coaching® principles and identity-centred practices.

With deep roots in the International Baccalaureate and educational leadership, I remain committed to amplifying all voices and building inclusive cultures that inspire growth.
